These Digital Kitchens, also known as e-kitchens and ghost kitchens, are centrally located within their markets and optimized for delivery! The addition of the digital kitchens in these select markets will expand our ability to serve the one-of-a-kind flavor of Campero to these communities.

What is a Digital Kitchen?
A digital kitchen is Pollo Campero’s first ghost kitchen where we make your favorite Campero meals every day using the same Campero recipes. Unlike traditional restaurants that offer dine-in service, Digital Kitchens focus on pickup and delivery orders only. This is a modern solution that allows us to expand into new areas to reach our valued customers without having to build out a full-scale restaurant.
Where is your location? / Can I pick up my order?
These kitchens do not have physical dining rooms. However, you do have the ability to pickup your order at the Chicago & San Francisco locations. Just make sure you select your preference at checkout
Am I in the delivery zone?
Pollo Campero delivers about 3-6 mile radius using a variety partners like DoorDash, Postmates, Grubhub, UberEats etc. To see if you’re in the allowable delivery area, input your address into the Location finder at us.campero.com.
