September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month!

In honor of September being Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, for the first time ever, we’re offering a way to donate to St. Jude Children’s Hospital® when you order online. When you’re choosing your Campero favorites look out for the “St. Jude Donation” menu option, then choose how much you’d like to donate. If you’re in-store you can also donate by rounding your order total up to the nearest dollar, just let the cashier know and the difference will be donated. Every donation is tax deductible as permitted by law and can help support the patients and families of St. Jude. Click here to order now!

Founded in 1962 by entertainer Danny Thomas, he opened St. Jude with the dream that “no child should die in the dawn of life.” Because of this dream and the work of researchers at St. Jude, discoveries made here have profoundly changed how doctors treat children with cancer and other catastrophic illnesses. Treatments invented at St. Jude have helped push the overall childhood cancer survival rate from 20 percent to more than 80 percent since they opened their doors more than 50 years ago.
Unlike any other hospital, the majority of their funding comes from individual contributions. Families never receive a bill from St. Jude – treatment, travel, housing or food, because all a family should worry about is helping their child live.
