Complete and submit the online entry form with your name, email address, and phone number, for winning contact. The QR code and direct URL access the same free entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Entry Period. No purchase, receipt, or proof of purchase is required. Marketing consent is optional and will not affect entry or chances of winning. Automated entries and entries submitted using multiple identities or email addresses to evade the limit are void.
- c. Winner Selectionand Claim
On or about Monday, October 19. 2026, Sponsor will select twelve (12) potential winners at random from all eligible entries received. Sponsor will notify each potential winner at the email address supplied with the entry. A potential winner must respond within TWENTY FOUR (24) HOURS after notice is sent and provide information reasonably needed to verify eligibility and complete electronic ticket transfer. Sponsor may require a declaration of eligibility and liability release before awarding a Prize, but no publicity consent will be required. If a potential winner is ineligible, declines, cannot be contacted, or fails to respond within the stated period, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to award all twelve (12) Prizes before the match. Limit one (1) Prize per person.
- d. Prizes and Value
Each Prize consists of two (2) admission tickets to the match identified in Section 2, subject to the ticket issuer’s and venue’s terms. Seat locations are assigned by Sponsor. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $125 per ticket and $250 per Prize. The total ARV of all twelve (12) Prizes (twenty-four (24) tickets) is $3,000. This value is based on the tickets’ retail value, regardless of Sponsor’s cost. Transportation, parking, meals, lodging, and other expenses are not included.
6. Prize Acceptance
Prizes have no cash alternative and may not be sold or exchanged by winners. Sponsor may substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value if a Prize becomes unavailable, including if the match is canceled. If the match is postponed and the tickets remain valid, they will be valid for the rescheduled match, subject to issuer terms. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Sponsor will deliver tickets electronically using the contact or account information provided by verified winners. Sponsor is not responsible for a winner’s failure to use a ticket after delivery.
7. Publicity
Sponsor may request a winner’s separate consent to use the winner’s name, image, or likeness in promotional materials. Such consent is not required to receive a Prize.
8. General Conditions
The Giveaway is subject to applicable federal, Florida, and local laws. Sponsor may disqualify an entrant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process. If fraud, technical failure, or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impair the Giveaway, Sponsor may suspend or modify it as reasonably necessary to preserve a fair drawing and select winners from eligible entries received before the interruption. Sponsor will not arbitrarily reject eligible entries and will award the stated Prizes. Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.
9. Release of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, by entering or accepting a Prize, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Orlando City SC, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims for loss, injury, or property damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a Prize, including attendance at the match, even if caused by a Released Party’s ordinary negligence. This release does not apply to gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or claims or liability that cannot lawfully be released.
10. Limitations of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for incorrect information supplied by entrants; lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undelivered entries or notifications; technical or network failures; unauthorized interference with the entry process; or errors in administering the Giveaway. No provision of these Official Rules excludes liability for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limits a remedy that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
11. Disputes; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
Except where prohibited by law and except for claims eligible for small claims court and brought on an individual basis, Sponsor and each entrant agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Drawing or any Prize will be resolved by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by JAMS under its applicable consumer arbitration rules and minimum standards. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision. The arbitrator may award any individual remedy available under applicable law, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor and each entrant waive the right to bring or participate in any class, collective, or representative action. A court, rather than an arbitrator, will determine the enforceability of this class action waiver. If the waiver is unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court, and the remainder of this provision will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law. For claims subject to arbitration, Sponsor and each entrant waive the right to a trial before a judge or jury. Nothing in this provision prevents a person from filing a complaint with a government agency or waives any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
12. Governing Lawand Severability
Florida law governs these Official Rules and the Giveaway, without regard to conflict of laws principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
13. Privacy
Sponsor will use information submitted with an entry to administer the Giveaway and contact potential winners. Information is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://us.campero.com/privacy-policy. Any consent to receive marketing communications must be requested separately and is not a condition of entry.
