1. PROMOTION PERIOD:
This promotion begins on the March 23, 2026 it is first made available and continues through December 31, 2026.
2. OFFER
If New York City FC wins a regular season or postseason match, eligible users of the Pollo Campero App will receive a push notification offering one (1) free 3-count Chicken Nuggets or one (1) Empanada, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
3. ELIGIBILITY & GEOGRAPHIC AVAILABILITY
Offer available only to users located within the States of New York and New Jersey who have the Pollo Campero App installed. Offer valid only at participating Pollo Campero locations in New York and New Jersey.
4. GAME OUTCOME REQUIREMENT

5. HOW TO CLAIM
Eligible app users will receive a push notification following a qualifying win. The reward must be claimed within twenty-four (24) hours of the push notification appearing in the Pollo Campero App.
6. REDEMPTION
Once claimed, the reward may be redeemed through the Pollo Campero App at participating locations, subject to availability.
7. LIMIT
Limit one (1) reward per person per qualifying win.
8. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to receive or redeem the promotional reward.
9. AVAILABILITY
Offer valid while supplies last.
10. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
Pollo Campero reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time, including in the event of technical issues, errors, or circumstances beyond its control.

Offer has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged. Additional restrictions may apply.

OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
The Pollo Campero App Purchase Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Campero, Inc., with offices located at 12404 Park Central Drive, Ste 250N, Dallas, Texas 75251 (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who:
- are legal residents of the State of New York or the State of New Jersey, and
- are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
The Sweepstakes is void outside New York and New Jersey and where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, members, managers, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the development, administration, or execution of the Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members and household members of each, are not eligible to participate or win.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on April 7, 2026, at 6:00am Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 2, 2026 at 11:59p ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor’s computer or server shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. METHODS OF ENTRY
Eligible individuals may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by either of the following methods:
A. Automatic Entry via Qualifying Mobile Application Purchase
During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible individual who completes a purchase of any amount through the Pollo Campero mobile application at a participating Pollo Campero corporate-owned or franchised restaurant location will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each qualifying transaction.
Qualifying purchases must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period in order to receive an entry.
Participation by franchise locations may vary, and only purchases completed through the mobile application at participating locations will qualify.
B. Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”) – No Purchase Necessary
To enter without making a purchase, an eligible individual must visit:

during the Sweepstakes Period and complete and submit the official online entry form, including all required information.
Each properly completed and submitted entry form will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Entries submitted via the Alternative Method of Entry will have the same odds of winning as entries received through qualifying purchases.
5. ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Limit five (5) entries per person per day, regardless of method of entry.
For purposes of these Official Rules, a “person” is defined as a unique individual determined by name, email address, mobile application account, or other identifying information, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Each entrant may win no more than one (1) prize during the Sweepstakes.
Entries generated through the use of automated devices, scripts, bots, macro programs, or other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
6. RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS OF WINNING
On or about 2-4 days to game, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select potential winner(s).
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
7. PRIZES
Two (2) pairs (4 total) 100 level seat tickets to NYCFC soccer match, Two (2) pairs NYCFC x Pollo Campero Branded Jerseys, Two (2) pairs NYCFC x Pollo Campero Branded Scarves, Two (2) pairs NYCFC x Pollo Campero Branded Baseball Caps, and Two (2) pairs NYCFC x Pollo Campero Branded Water Bottles.
Total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is less than $5,000.
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
Potential winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry.
Each potential winner may be required to execute and return within the time specified by Sponsor:
- an Affidavit of Eligibility;
- a Liability Release;
- a Publicity Release (where permitted by law); and
- any required tax documentation.
If a potential winner:
- cannot be contacted within five (5) days,
- fails to return required documentation,
- is determined to be ineligible, or
- otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules,
Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.
9. TAXES
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
If required by law, Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 or other appropriate tax documentation.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
11. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries;
- technical malfunctions of any kind;
- unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; or
- errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or prize fulfillment.
12. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
13. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at:

16. FRAUD PREVENTION AND PURCHASE MANIPULATION
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who is found to be tampering with the entry process, manipulating or attempting to manipulate the Sweepstakes, or otherwise violating these Official Rules.
Without limiting the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- makes purchases solely for the purpose of obtaining Sweepstakes entries and subsequently cancels or reverses such transactions;
- engages in conduct designed to artificially inflate entry counts;
- uses multiple accounts, identities, email addresses, devices, or other methods to exceed the stated entry limits; or
- otherwise engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct that undermines the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor further reserves the right to void entries associated with transactions that are refunded, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise determined not to constitute bona fide purchases.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION; ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER
Except where prohibited by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes each entrant agrees that:
Any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
Such disputes shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
The arbitration shall take place in New York County, New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses associated with entering the Sweepstakes.
Entrants further waive any right to attorneys’ fees except where required by law.
18. MOBILE APPLICATION AND PLATFORM DISCLAIMER
Participation in the Sweepstakes through the Pollo Campero mobile application is subject to the terms and conditions governing use of the application.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other mobile platform provider.
By participating in the Sweepstakes through a mobile device, entrants acknowledge and agree that:
- Apple Inc., Google LLC, and their respective affiliates are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes;
- such entities bear no responsibility for the administration of the Sweepstakes; and
- any claims relating to the Sweepstakes must be directed solely to Sponsor.
Entrants further acknowledge that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Apple Inc., Google LLC, or any other platform provider.
