(DALLAS, Texas) December 7, 2016 – Pollo Campero, the world’s largest Latin chicken restaurant brand, today announced the opening of its newest restaurant in Maryland. The restaurant, located at 6401 America Boulevard, Suite 190 in Hyattsville, is the 12th Pollo Campero in the Washington, D.C. metro area and the first of five expected to open in the area within the next few months.
“The Washington, D.C. metro area is a key part of our goal to nearly double the number of Pollo Campero restaurants in the next three years,” said Tim Pulido, President and CEO of Pollo Campero International. “Opening the new Hyattsville restaurant is another big step forward in that plan and we couldn’t be more excited.”
The new Hyattsville location will showcase Pollo Campero’s authentic Latin menu, which features its world-famous Latin fried and Citrus Peruvian grilled chicken, along with an array of Latin favorites, including handmade chicken empanadas, plantains and yuca fries, as well as fresh Latin drinks, such as horchata and jamaica.

The Hyattsville restaurant is open for service from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
