(DALLAS, Texas) December 29, 2015 – Pollo Campero, home of Authentic Latin Chicken, today announced the opening its newest restaurant, the ninth in the New York area. The restaurant, located at 4518 5th Avenue in Brooklyn, New York, is set to thrill customers with its unique Latin flavors, exciting new restaurant design and impeccable service.
“New York has always played an important role in Pollo Campero’s growth,” said Tim Pulido, Pollo Campero President and CEO. “We are thrilled to be expanding our New York familia and for the opportunity to share Campero’s distinctive, bold flavors with even more people.”
Pollo Campero, the world’s largest Latin chicken restaurant brand, began as a small family restaurant in Guatemala in 1971. To this day, Campero remains true to its flavorful roots, delighting guests with tender, juicy chicken made with its proprietary blend of Latin herbs and spices. Fried or grilled? Pollo Campero customers don’t have to choose. Chicken lovers can have the best of both worlds, with Campero’s traditional fried and Citrus Peruvian grilled chicken. In addition to its never frozen, hormone-free chicken, Pollo Campero also offers Latin favorites, such as empanadas, plantains and yucca fries.
“One look at our menu and you can see, there’s nothing else out there like it,” said Pulido. “Pollo Campero is truly an authentic Latin brand, and our commitment to staying true to our Latin roots lives in everything we do, every meal we serve.”
Pollo Campero’s authentic Latin flavor can also be found in its vibrant new global brand image, as well as its unwavering dedication to creating the ultimate Campero experience for friends and family.
The new restaurant in Brooklyn will be open for service from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
